Kunststofftechnik Bauer can look back on a 40-year tradition. Originally founded as a producer of PE500 granules, we have specialized in field service for food chains, hotel chains and restaurateurs over the last 30 years. The realization that good cutting surfaces are rarely found on the market led us to dedicate ourselves to the production and maintenance of high-quality, individual cutting surfaces. From individual restaurateurs to large chains - we support all our customers nationwide with our on-site maintenance service and produce exclusively for this market.

Our team

Our administration consists of the dedicated Bauer family, supplemented by a motivated team of sales representatives and route planners who do an excellent job with our customers every day. Our online store and production planning are expertly managed by our production and sales team, who are available to answer any customer queries.

As a family business from Bochum, it is our mission to guarantee the high standards of hygiene in German kitchens. We develop individual solutions to create real added value for our customers. Our relationships are characterized by a love of long-term partnerships and regional responsibility.

What makes us different

We have successfully specialized in the cutting surface niche and, thanks to our experience and expertise, we understand the needs of the market and our customers. Our products are individually customizable and HACCP-compliant, as they are made from 100% German PE500 granulate. We are also currently developing a concept that will enable us to create a closed cycle for the disposal of our chopping boards and reuse 99% of them.
